Hong Kong Phooey
Hong Kong Phooey is the second most valuable Totem dispenser. The character is from a short lived 1974 Hanna-Barbera TV cartoon. He is definitely my favorite Totem dispenser. As a kid I used to watch the cartoon and I've managed to keep my (banged up) Hong Kong Phooey metal lunch box all these years!
